was founded in 1997 after first-hand experience with the technology of several companies of various sizes. a common thread in all of these companies or their customers was an almost disheartening lack of unity and cohesion when it came to explaining the virtues of the technology being used or sold. we realized that our particular expertise lay in the successful interweaving of technological know-how with marketing and communications skills.

understanding is only the first hurdle

we thoroughly understand technology, yet we can also explain it in terms that are comprehensible, even exciting, to the non-expert. tech-savvy but able to speak english—it's a combination that is not as easy to find as you think it ought to be.

benefits

hype is what created—and burst—the dotcom bubble. hype is great for trade shows, perhaps even expected. but, in the end, hype does not win repeat customers. it only disenfranchises them permanently once they have discovered that the technology does not live up to the hype.

although most decisions are emotional, positive emotions are ultimately grounded by the inherent benefits of a technology, not the hype created by the marketing folks. which is why even at tradeshows our approach is to push the true benefits of a technology, in a fun way, rather than rely on hype.
